Not professional at all. The tech didn’t do the diagnosis and just go ahead replace the part without approval. They didn’t fix the problem and initially still want to charge the full price ~$300. Will you pay someone $300 within 1-2 hours without the fixing issue ?

Not only did roto rooter send out a water damage assessment team to give a quote on repairing the damage to the home but the repair guys Ricardo and Serna both did quick efficient work and Arrived within an hour of the call being placed. Highly recommend. They even guaranteed the work for six months. Just awesome.

When I was left with no plumber by a poor competing company I called three other places none could help me. I called RotoRooter they were her in under an hour and my problem was fixed in about an hour. The plumber, Kody, was professional and very knowledgeable explaining what the cause of my backed drains was and why the sinks were filling up. For an emergency visit the price was quite reasonable.
