Enrique was great! He and his colleague were on time, found the leak quickly, fixed my pipes and cleaned up. They answered all my questions and even took pictures for my ins.
The person I scheduled with on the phone was also great, she was so nice and gave me a reasonable timeline. Prices were also reasonable.

On 3/8/21, John Martinez and Ronny Tennon with Dean's Plumbing came to my home to check out a horrible sewer smell both inside and outside my home and noticed the toilet flange was incorrectly seated. They gave me an estimate that was too good to be true then immediately removed the old flange and installed a new one and seated the toilet correctly. I hired three previous big name companies that charged me outrageous prices but never noticed this problem. Thanks to John and Ronny for their expertise and professionalism concerning my problem; now I can breath again in my home.

Classic Plumbing was very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I was provided quotes for both the job and materials needed and asked in advance if it would be all right for them to use some of their own material rather than purchase everything from Home Depot. Their 2 plumbers arrived on time, were polite and professional, then quickly determined what was causing the leak that was coming from my bulkhead. They fixed the problem, cleaned up after themselves, replaced a couple of caulking tubes so they don't leak again (at no additional cost), and left me with a bill that was exactly as detailed in their quote. If a situation arises where I need a plumber again, I will have Classic Plumbing at the top of my list as the plumber in Plano.

Wish they were in Austin. I'm a big fan of this organization and I watch them on YouTube all the time.
