We have a dual water heater configuration plumbed in sequence in our attic. One of our water heaters went out. The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. A great group of guys! Highly recommended.

Needed same day service (how likely is that on the day after New Year's?), and Asa came out that day with another gent. With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

We've used Stan a few times but he is trustworthy, honest and will tell you the problem from the start and wont hide anything. We will always be calling Stan for any plumbing needs!

Everything was great until the quote came in-- ridiculous pricing.The service tech gave a quick look at the problem, pulled out his price-matrix sheet and robotically quoted me $1,100 for the repair. When I said that that was too much for a connector replacement, he replied We are a premium service.Well, Ben Franklin just premiumed itself out of a job. I paid the man the $59 home visit fee (he was there for less than 10 minutes) and he left.I had the repair completed by Ajax for $305.Ben Franklin may be good for after-hour emergencies, but their pricing is ridiculous.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!
