Best Under Slab Sewer Pipe Replacement in Plano TX

In-house plumbing completed a re-route of my complete house a couple of months ago. I was having some other work done on the house this past week and a concern came up. I contacted in-house plumbing about the concern, the owner called me back within 15 minutes. 2 plumbers came to the house to see the concern within 30 minutes and completed the work necessary to address my concern to my satisification within 3 hours.

Had them come out because we had two broken valves. One in the front and one in the backyard.

He then proceeded to tell me it was going to cost $550 to dig a hole and replace the valve just for the front. He said the backyard he wasn't sure, because he may have to go into my sheet rock to replace the valve?...he said if it's easy it'll be $150 but he's not sure. My husband told him we wouldn't be able to do $550.

He was also late, and then upon leaving he told me I owed him $89 for his time and that he could've been making money somewhere else because he has had three phone calls since he's been here.

Really cares about his customers, obviously. Wouldn't recommend.
