Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Damion and Willie Hoyle found a very hard to find hairline under-slab leak that arose after a foundation repair. They are effective because they have the right tools (slab X-ray and pipe cameras), which allow them to methodically narrow down the leak location. This is my second time to use InHouse. They will always be my go-to for slab leak repairs.

I needed the plumbing leak detection test due to part of the house/foundation had lifted by 1 inch. Jeff was ontime, walked me through the process and what each step entails. I shadowed him during the test and he took time to explain me what he was doing. There was no leak detected and he walked around the house and pointed me to what could be the possible causes e.g. over watering, leak in the gutter close to the suspect area of the house. I highly recommend Jeff for any plumbing needs.

Shower valve broke down in the evening and wouldnt shut off. Matthew Gilberg came in to our rescue. Came in late in the evening ( Thanks to 24/7 service). He was knowledgeable and very professional. The kitchen sink drain was not working due to rice being put down the drain, biggest mistake ever! We call Mr. Rooter and Sebastian the service tech was very helpful. He tried a couple things first to see if he could fix the drain without any charge. He later said he had the snake the drain. He was very quick and sufficient and got the job done! Thank you again!
