Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

The team that Jack Wright sent to my home to install my new furnace was fantastic. They were Very Professional and put down cloths to protect my carpet from getting dirty on a rainy day. The technician was on time, v did a through evaluation of the white system, figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Was there quite a long time and made some other suggestions but did not pressure me into any of them. The part that was replaced was quite expensive and would have been a lot cheaper had I gone and bought it but I didn't have the time to do it myself so overall I can't complain. I would use Milestone again.
