The technician was punctual, professional, and explained everything to me. The cost was significantly lower than two other estimates. I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Came out one day and finished the main line connection, but left the irrigation disconnected... dirt was still out of the ground... never called or came back to finish the job. Crown plumbing was so much better.

We used this company for our repair work when we discovered a leak under the house. Everything seemed okay at the time but then we discovered what a poor job they did backfilling underneath our house! They came out once to add more dirt but it was not enough. When we reached out again for help (during a remodeling project we are still in the middle of), they refused. The sales person Chris came out to our house and was very rude! He offered no solution or apology to us, nor explanation of why the issue was not addressed earlier.Buyer beware:The dirt that was hauled away from the original project was our dirt, why would you not put it back once the new pipes were installed?

We used Stan and his team when we were is North Dallas. When we moved to the DFW airport area we were in need of a plumber for our new place.We continued to use him because we trust Stan. We never feel that we are being swindled. Stan explains what he is doing and why. He even teaches you about plumbing. He is reliable and his crew is trustworthy. We recommend him...even our dog likes him. So when a dog likes someone, you know they are worth it.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a clogged bathroom sink that I couldn’t clear with my drain snake so I called Earl’s. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to schedule me for same-day service. Two plumbers arrived within a few hours and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with an hour. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem and how to help prevent it from happening again in the future. Cost to repair was reasonable, too. I highly recommend Earl’s and will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues.

That's just he didn't show up excellent work, went Way beyond what we asked them to do.
