Mike was my tech. He was very professional. Explained what he was doing and was very courteous and knowledgable. I highly recommend Mike to repair any plumbing issues you might encounter. I called and requested Mike to come out. Mike came out explained about my water heater which had been replaced 7 years ago. He explained how to drain the water heater without flushing or replacing. These men showed up like used car salesmen. Tried to charge me $450 to unclog 1 drain. When I escorted them out of my house they miraculously dropped the price by $300 (which in my opinion was still over charging me) they completed the work. They did a nice job and were very polite but the price gouging and haggling was ridiculous. Will NOT be using roto rooter again.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.
