I have called these guys twice and every time they have been super friendly and punctual. I had a clogged up sink in my upstairs bathroom and they showed up, fixed it and left. I had a water leak at the commode valve. I called Jack and they came out within 20 minutes. These guys were great! Did the work and were out of here in less than 30 minutes. Fair prices too!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
