My wife and I have used Stan on numerous occasions. He and his team have always been great. One time I put in my plumbing in my shower, a few years latter my solder work let go, and the wall flooded. He and his crew rescued me on that job. We have a slab house build in 1988, twice piping below the slab broke and he had a crew tunnel under the house on one occasion to fix the repair. We tore out our master bath, Stan and his crew put in our new garden tub and new drain line and shower pan. Top notch work and you never have to worry about his work. Back in 2004 we put in a new 4 ton A/C in the attic. The drain line that takes the condensate down the shower wall and into the P-trap of the tub drain...the PVC piping in the wall came apart. The original A/C installer from 1988 twist fitted the PVC coupling with no glue. Stan and his team opened up the wall and put it back as it should be. No concerns ever with GEM Plumbing.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Jason was very professional and accommodating. He educated me on the issues and explained the reasons for his recommendations. He pursued the warranty process with the manufacturer, and I ended up with a credit.
The cost was reasonable and the job was done within a day.

I'd go elsewhere for a slab leak, these guys had a hard time locating what was a very audible leak...ended up tunneling about 20ft to the left when the leak was always about 6ft to the right. Of course they found some marginal things along the way, so it was all on my dime. Going in from the foundation vs through the floor seems like a good idea until you realize how crude the detection method is. The sub-floor reroutes reduced the hot water flow...still annoying a year later.

This business is top notch! My mother's main sewer line backed up and they came out to help. While they were coming out, I had called the city of The Colony to be sure that the repairs the city was doing hadn't caused the issues. I didn't know that The Colony public works comes out and clears sewer clogs for free. The ENCO employ waited to be sure the city would have no problems and when I offered to pay, he said there was no need. My mom had just had a stroke and I think the company was being compassionate. Their kindness and support was appreciated.

I had called about my toilets being clogged and backing up. After talking with the lady that answered she directed me to exactly who I needed to speak to. The technician that came out was Cody Redd. Explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand the problem at hand. He cleared my main line clog and even removed roots! He used his camera to show the roots and that I had two other breaks. I’m having my sewer main replacement next week because of the breaks. I’m really impressed with the service, the promptness and how thorough Cody Redd was.
