Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Steve and his team were great! Very professional. It was refreshing to work with a group that took the time to explain what they were doing all along the way.

I have recently used In-House Plumbing to perform leak tests on two different houses. They were very punctual for the appointments, performed the tests very professionally and with immediate feedback. Their fee was also very competitive. I am very satisfied with their leak detection services, particularly from the onsite plumber/technician, Rick, and I would highly recommend them.

We've had more plumbing problems than the average homeowner and Stan is the only plumber we trust with these extensive jobs. He's reliable, down-to-earth, and honest.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Michael came and pounded on our front door so hard it shook the house, every.single.time he went in & out.

They came in as a second opinion after another company (wish I wish we had gone with) detected a gas leak. They came in and didn’t even look at anything, just wanted to see the pics the other co. took and asked what their quote was. Evidently, they underbid, because our landlord went with them.

CoServ came 3 days ago and had to turn off the gas due to 3 leaks. Said the pipes in the ground were outdated and corroded, and needed replaced. When Michael “finished” in just a couple hours said that CoServ didn’t know what they were talking about and that they fixed the problem…

While they were here, had to ask where the furnace was… and just so rude the entire time. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend ever! We shall see if the city turns back on after testing the fixes…

Jorje was the tech sent to our home to repair our thermostat and fix the error message we were getting. He listened to my concerns. He wore covers on his feet and a mask the whole time. He spent extra time in contacting the parts dept to find the part to correct the error message we were receiving. He was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Jorje and utilize Go Air again.
