Kelly and his assistant (so sorry can't remember his name.. Blue eyed gentleman) were extremely professional and very friendly. They were even able to come out the same day and replace our water heater which is a blessing! Kelly explained everything to us in detail and they even showed us how to turn off the main water supply line in case of emergency. They didn't rush the job.. Instead they made sure everything was up to code and informed us of everything they were doing along the way. I know a lot more about water heaters now! :) Thanks Watermark! You have quite the employee! Don't let them go!
