If I could give 0 stars this company would be well deserving. Poor communication and unprofessional. We did not go with this company since they were unable to provide a service they supposedly provided. I would not waste your time. We went with a different company that was quick, professional, and had the issue fixed the same day. Good luck

Texas Plumbing provided a quick response to a water heater request and was on time and efficient in their service. They did not up sell additional services that were not needed, I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Andres and his team member (I think Berkeley??) came out at 10pm on a last minute phone call and cleared our floor drain. We had plumbers fix it previously and a month later it was clogged and backing up. This service came with a 6 month warranty, so although more expensive than the plumber, the peace of mind was worth it. They were extremely professional. Wore all the appropriate PPE, face masks, shoe covers, etc. They were efficient, kind, well mannered and overall I was extremely pleased with their service.

We used the 24 hr service and Tony #5091 came out at 12 am. He was super professional, nice, patient, answered ALL of our questions and concerns. He took the time to do his job accurately and at midnight to 1 am... we really appreciated that. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and if you get Tony you will be in great hands!! Thank you
