Our second time to need a plumber within the past year. We had a positive experience with Augerpros last year, so we called on them again for our current plumbing issue — a leaking hot water heater. Called this morning to make an appointment and, amazingly, they were able to get someone out within a few hours. Kevin called me when on his way, arrived on time, was professional and very pleasant. He and his assistant came in, assessed the situation, talked me through the options and the scope of work involved. After that, the guys went to work replacing both water heaters.
