Best Our Hydro Jetting Services in Plano TX

My home water stopped during the recent freeze and water stopped completely after we return from a holiday. I was told in advance that i would be charged $199 for emergency service. Although only thing plumber did was shut off my main valve and we had to still wait for 2 days for the pipes to thaw by their own. I would still rate them for their professional and on time service.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Not professional at all , as of the client need them to explain and describe the issue not by guessing , ?????? I paid 300$ to get know the the leak detection and tell me what’s exact issue not by assuming . Not satisfied

Quality of work and professionalism of plumbers meets expectations, but cancellations during the arrival window don't. However, Management has quickly reached out to address the issue. Looking forward to continued business with the company.

I went to cover my faucets due to the cold weather season approaching and noticed that my faucet was dripping. Called ENCO and Chris showed up at my house within 30 min. He replaced a new faucet stem and was done with the job in about 30 minutes total.

If you require a plumber that can guarantee showing up on a specific day, I'd say look for a company that doesn't have open windows like this place. Took a day off to facilitate a simple drain leak repair, figured it would be no problem as I live less than two miles from their location, but was never gotten to and told at 5:45pm that they unfortunately wouldn't be able to make it. A $40 credit towards a repair was offered but it's certainly not worth me taking even more time off for a company that can't guarantee they'll show up.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

Tanner was very professional, courteous and punctual. He followed COVID-19 protocols by wearing a mask and social distancing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the heater. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Sebastian performed a great job on finding and replacing our Water Pressure Valve. Unfortunately the valve was placed 3 feet below surface level when the home was built. Once the valve was found, he raised the level of the new valve and shut off to the proper level for future access.
Job well done!
He also just did a fantastic job our toilet repair.
