Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Quality installation of kitchen faucet and dishwasher hookups. Very responsive and reliable. Would use again and recommend.

I called Cole's plumbing for their services for an inspection on a home I'm hoping to buy. The previous owners hadn't done a sewer line check before they bought it. So I decided I wanted to have a thorough check on it. I called them on Monday and they came out the same day. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to know I didn't have any sewer problems to worry about. From start to finish it was a little over an hour! I highly recommend Cole's Pluming for any situation you have!

Integrity. Its something very difficult to find in the plumbing world. We had a leak and O'Bryan found it easily. They could have broken walls and charged the clock...instead they solved the problem and fixed it very efficiently. Their goal was not to just charge me and charge me like other plumbers - instead it was to fix the problem. I will DEFINATELY use them again.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Working with this plumbing contractor was a pleasure. Their professionalism and expertise were evident in every aspect of the job. From the initial assessment to the completion of the project, the contractor provided reliable and efficient plumbing solutions, leaving us completely satisfied.

This is not a good service to go to. They have horrible integrity. If you need to file a claim. They will avoid you at all cause and will refuse to give to the sub contractors info.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
