Great customer service from scheduling the visit, the text reminders, and the visit phone call, to arrival, consult, delivery of service and completion. This was a breeze from beginning to end. I will call them back again should we ever need them.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Fred had a great personality and did not mind explaining what the problem was. He was awesome and wish we had more plumbers like him!

CPR was great. The customer service was quick and top-notch. They performed a leak locate for us on a service line very quickly. Will definitely use them in the future for plumbing issues.

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

Chuck is amazing, reliable and HONEST. It is very hard to find honest plumbers who wont take advantage of you. Chuck fixed our upstairs toilet that had leaked into the down stairs bathroom. He had to cut the ceiling open to fix issue then referred me out to a someone who fixed the ceiling that was also amazing.

Unclogged a drain which previous plumber had not done completely. Came out quickly. Very polite and professional. Felt like I was in knowledgeable hands.

I found YB Plumbingon Google and called because my garbage disposal had stopped working and my sink was getting backed up. Wayne answered my call at 6:00p and by 7:00p my disposal was working again
