I called in and Triple Crown had me scheduled on the same day. Richard G. was assigned to my job and sent me a text when he would be at the house. When he got within 10 minutes of my house, he called just as I had requested. He arrived right on time. He listened to my explanation of the clogged drain symptoms and thought it through. He gave me two options and told me the cost of each. He got on the roof and unclogged the drain within a half an hour. Prompt, courteous, and honest. Top notch plumber.

We had a mishap that involved a puncture of an attic gas line. Originally we called another company. Apparently their technician was paid on commission. To say the least, his estimate was ridiculously high and we just did not trust him.So I called Earl's plumbing. I spoke with Becky and she was amazing. She worked diligently to get a technician to assess the situation. Unfortunately her technicians were not available at the time. So Brant, I'm assuming he is the owner, called me and said he, himself, would drop what he was doing and go.This type of customer service and professionalism is very rare these day.I cannot say enough regarding our experience with Earl's Plumbing and will definitely use them every time their services would be needed.

I discovered a small leak behind our master bathtub and feared an expensive and time consuming repair. I called Legacy Plumbing due to their excellent reviews. Sam and Steve arrived right on schedule and proceeded to quickly identify and resolve the problem. They went above and beyond to fix some of the novelties they found in how the bathtub had been installed while addressing the leak and did so while being the utmost courteous and professional in all aspects of their work. Highly recommend!

Recently I have called them for fixing a leaky faucet. They arrived well on time and kept me informed 20 min before arrival time. Coyler &JJ know are very friendly and we’re quick to diagnose the issue. They came up with upfront no obligation pricing and explained every step of the process that they were going to do. Once I was completely satisfied they went ahead with the work.
The leak has been fixed properly and I am extremely satisfied the way they worked on it. Highly professional and equally Jovial. The best part is they found out one of my other tap need a minor fix and they fixed that one too within the same invoice with no additional cost.
