We remodeled our 1950s pier and beam home a little while back and hired Aubrey plumbing to help bring it up to code and make it the perfect place for us to start our family. They did fantastic work on numerous projects including resetting a toilet, installing sediment traps on our water heater and furnace, running drains to the exterior of the house, replacing old rotted cast iron drain lines, and installing 3 new water lines for a washer, fridge, and pot filler. We were very impressed with every step of the process. They were timely in getting us an estimate and completing the project once we gave the ok. Tony and his team do great work. We are planning on remodeling a bathroom soon and will definitely be using them again! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

We have used Speake's several times over the years and have always been reliable and professional. The only thing we weren't thrilled with the last two times they've come out they have charged for two plumbers hourly rates (100 and 60) which adds on a lot more $$$. I feel like this should be a option on the simple things like a faucet leak in a bathroom.

I knew I needed an experts help when a simple job started to show other problems.
I filled out the form online, at night. The next morning I got a call. After talking a few minutes and them trying to help me fix it over the phone, (they tried to save me money!) an appointment was made. Quick service and reasonable price! No need to call anyone else!

These guys are the best! Response time is quick and the guys are all knowledgeable and pleasant. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do, these are the guys.
