Best Flush Out in Plano TX

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. Legacy Plumbing is top notch, not just in plumbing services, but customer care, which in my opinion shoots them to the TOP of the class!!!

The communication skills of this company are unparalleled. Happy employees to start the process is great. They confirm via text and cell phone regarding scheduling and have always been on time for me. I've used this company for years now and they continually live up to the best standards in the industry. Their pricing is VERY competitive. They take pictures and give the customer a report explaining everything right away. Today we had Zaul Hernandez come out and check out our system. He recharged one of our ACs and did a great job. He was very professional, wore shoe coverings when in our house. Zaul was very friendly and smiled frequently. My 2.5 year old son is usually scared of new people at our house but he felt so comfortable with Zaul that he went and got a toy and worked on the outdoor AC with him. It was so cute. We had a new hot water heater installed! Jack and his team were super quick to get over to the house and assess the issue - and take care of our needs!! Really appreciate the urgency and professionalism!

Trent with Augerpro's has always done a great job for our company. He just recently completed an slab leak repair under a building and got the job done ahead of schedule and at budget. Always professional and on time for calls he does for us.
