Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Extremely courteous and professional. I had called several local and 'big name' plumbers to obtain an estimate for a clogged sewage return line. Received rediculously low and some quite high estimates from them all.
I then looked again for a local (The Colony area) plumber and decided to call CPR Plumbing. Chad, was very easy to talk with, no high pressure sales tactics (like some of the others did), and told me exactly when he could come out and give an estimate.
I was very pleased with his price, attitude and overall demeanor.
I hired him and he and his crew had completed all of the work within about 4 hours. He didn't go above the estimate and even provided a warranty (5 YEARS!), which even the big name plumbers wouldn't offer.
I will definetely use him again if needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family. A+++++!

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

This extortionist extraordinaire lost a repeat customer. Set timer when our plumber Garland arrived for the repair. 56 minutes 22 seconds start to finish. Charged me 1.5 hours and complained because my toilet is on the second floor. Do yourself a favor chose any other plumber. I expect some kind of reply, and if they actually do something to account for the horrible service experience I will modify this post, if I do not say anything you will know it is bologna. Best of luck finding a honest plumber.
