I contacted Amundson Plumbing regarding a quote for a pipe re-route due to a slab leak. Bill came out the same day to give me a quote. I got two quotes previous to Bill and one after, even though I knew that Bill’s company would be the one I would use no sooner than he left. His office followed up to verify my appointment and again when he was in route. He and his crew arrived on time, were professional, knew exactly what they were doing and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Plain and simple, Bill is extemely honest, hard working, and just a good old fashion great guy who is only interested in resolving your issue for a very fair price and not interested in fleecing your pockets. Bill is a rarity in this business. He also gives a military discount!!! As long as Bill is in the plumbing business he will take care of all my plumbing needs and will be recommened to every person that I know who needs a plumber. Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your AC's out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too. Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

Do not work with them if they are contracted by Home Warranty Company. All they care about is if they will get paid through the home warranty, and they make that pretty obvious. If you leave a message, they will not call back. If you can get someone on the phone, they say they will do research, ask the tech who came out, or see if they can get paid through home warranty company, but never call you back. I waited several days for them to contact the home warranty company so I could move forward with my claim, they never contacted the home warranty company because they had no financial incentive to follow-up.
