Fantastic and professional service! I had a drain pipe corrode and break under my kitchen sink. This company answered my phone call on a Sunday and had it fixed early Monday morning. He was personable, efficient, and excellent! I will definitely be using Stahl Plumbing and Drain for all of my future plumbing needs and do not hesitate to recommend them.

They did excellent work, adjusted to an unexpected situation on the fly without changing the quote and were really easy to communicate with. Nate called during business hours (instead of 9pm like other companies) and also was willing to communicate via email/text. Easy to pay the invoice. All around pleasant experience.

Chris is thorough and professional. He clearly explains any issues that he encounters with a sewer lateral camera test. He is my go to sewer camera guy.

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

Truly, I can’t say enough good things to say about McVay Plumbing! I’ve actually used them years ago and they were good, but my latest experience deserves mention. The ever professional Rocco was brilliant in figuring out a very complicated system in my condo in an old church. They were swift in attending to a pretty dire situation regarding heating/hot water combo unit.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.
I will be a customer for life.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past.

John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before.

Perfection, Professional, Pure Happiness!!! Sullivan super service quoted me over $7000 for digging up the sewer line in the back of my basement. Roto rotor came said the problem is in front of basement quoted me over $9000. Over $16,000 for basement plumbing, sale the house and move became an option. I bought a snake, and a shopvac, for the last 4 years snaking and vac my basement 3 to 4 times a week. I put projects, events, and goals on hold because of this. I got an extra job, I decide I have to do this digging job myself. I looked for and tried any options. I saw Hydro jetting a couple years ago on internet. But no companies in Pittsburgh. I gave up searching and started saving $$$. Before buying my 1st pieces of equipment. I did one more internet search and found DAP Sewer Drain. You hear it, but I experience it. This man saved me Thousands of $$$$.
My whole basement sewer was blocked and clogged from the street to the back of the house. Amazing, DAP Blasted and cleaned out my whole basement line. He used his camera we found a hotel key card in the sewer line. The card was stuck diagonal in the pipes like a divide sign (). He obliterated that key card. My sewer line was really bad, this man had to use extra nozzles, extra pressure boost. Not only did it destroy any clogs, it cleaned inside of the pipes. Watching these man run from one drain to the other making progress. You can see this man enjoys his job and had fun. The smell in the house was the 1st thing I noticed. NO More sewage smell!!!!!! No Digging, no replacing. Perfection, looking thru the camera my pipe our perfect, clean, and clear of any buildup. Professional, great communication from the 1st conversation, text reminders, accurate timing. Pure Happiness, my worrying, my goals everything quick change. Hydro jetting is a must. This whole experience was like watching a tiktok or YouTube video, this man came and did his thing. Don’t call anybody else. Highly recommended. His work effort earned all my future business. They charge a service fee to do initial visit, just to quote you 1000s of dollars more for services. Call yoir local plumber,hvac or electrician you will save tons of money compared to what this company charges. They don't repair existing items they only try to sell you new. I had my power lines replaced for 1/3 of what they quoted me by an actual electrician. And they tried to tell me my boiler was shot. I had the pilot replaced by another company and it fired right up. Saved 8000 that they quoted me for a new boiler. Trust me when I say this company takes you to the cleaner.

They came and gave an estimate almost immediately. Very professional, courteous, honest and have reasonable rates...even found a way to do the repairs so I could afford it!!🙂 I highly recommend OK ROTOR DRAIN CLEANING👍

I called several companies to get some assistance with my heating situation I called five star the woman I spoke to she was very nice and very helpful with my concern she immediately got someone on the phone to call me to set up an appointment to come out and evaluate my situation and within days they were out here to install a brand new heating system the gentleman who showed up he was very professional kind and courteous he understood my situation and was very sensitive to my problem he immediately got to work no problems no concerns he came back to finish what he has started on the schedule day as promised and also took care of all clean up he did an amazing job And I would definitely recommend five star for your needs I will definitely use them again thank you five-star for helping me out of my situation great job.

I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!
