I’d seen several television commercials advertising Gillece’s promotional specials for various services, and decided to place a call to have a technician to check my water pressure concerns.When Plumbing Service Manager, Ed Stamerra, Jr., came out, I told him I hope he is a patient person because I had lots of questions. Not only did Ed go through and inspect various items on my property, I was so appreciative and surprised of how incredibly attentive, easy-going and persistent in educating me by explaining everything and answering all my questions.He not only took the time to address each question when I asked, he went above and beyond to draw diagrams to ensure I understood it.Ed was remarkably patient, and I was very grateful and pleased with my service experience.

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

I honestly have nothing bad to say about my experience with Restano Plumming; they literally did everything right!

I had an old water heater that started leaking, and Restano came same day I called to replace it for me. There were in and out of here in about an hour to install the new one. The guys that installed my new water heater were professional and nice.

I would call Restano again for sure, and recommend them to my family and friends.

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

We owned a Trane furnace that gave us nothing but trouble. We finally opted for a new Carrier furnace and so far it has been wonderful with the air conditioner. We only had the furnace for heat on once and it was great. Restano did an excellent job installing the new Carrier furnace and were very prompt and the Fellas were wonderful. Thanks so much!!!!!

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

We are selling our house and buyers’ inspection said there was a clog at the house trap. As a large family, plus just hosted another family of 5 for a week, we didn’t believe there was a clog, however, agreed to hire a plumber as part of closing. Tim called a day early and said there was a cancellation and could he come for the appointment. We agreed and explained the situation. Over the phone he said, “I can come, but we often can’t get our cameras through cast iron pipes. I can’t guarantee after I come out, they’ll even get their cameras through” We agreed to have him come as we were under contract to but LOVED his honesty! He was WONDERFUL. Turns out he was right, no clog. But our bill was exactly what he stated, no lies for extra services, no hidden fees. Will definitely hire again!
