Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I recently used Alex at Orion Plumbing to repair and replace a new garbage disposal in my home. He was quick to reply, effecient in his work and gave extremely fair and reasonable prices based on the other quotes I received. I felt safe having him do work in my home and he kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

As a moderately knowledgeable home owner, I wanted fix my leaky tub faucet. I figured out part of the job but went to Home Depot needing both parts and tips because I had run into issues I didn't understand. I grabbed on customer service guy in plumbing who realized my question was a bit beyond him so he quickly found Dennis as the real plumbing expert. Dennis helped me through the step of what special tool I need to remove the stem. I returned later the same day with the stem frozen to the chrome cowling. Dennis took it into his shop and struggled but successfully separated the two parts. He then helped me select the right replacement stem. The rest of the install went smoothly and I am a happy camper.

I could not have done it without the expert guidance and extra effort. I tip my cap to Dennis!

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
