Best Tankless Water in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Will was excellent. We went in the basement & he showed me everything that was wrong & why & how he would repair it. He didn't feel dumb & he made sure me & my mom was well informed.Then when it was time for the repairs to be done Will & John was prompt, professional, & very knowledgeable. They made sure we understood what was done & it was way less then we expected.

Patrick & Daniel were great! Very much pleased with their work & they explained everything before starting the job including the price. Other companies surprise you at the end with the bill. Dave did a tremendous job and he did it on very short notice on a weekend. I have a family at home, so a plumbing need on a weekend is a big deal. Dave showed up exactly when he promised he would. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He got my home back functioning properly very, very quickly. Finally, what he charged me for the work was very reasonable - a very fair price for the work that he did. I can't say strongly enough that if you live in this part of Pittsburgh and need a plumbing job done, call A Pittsburgh Plumber! I guarantee that I will be calling him if/when I need help in the future!

I woke up to frozen pipes, as I'm sure others did today. I called and the servicemen came and got the water running. I also had a split in my insulation (I live in a manufactured home with a crawl space underneath). The insulation had been split to repair a leak, and couldn't be put back at the time because it had to dry out. I asked if they could fix the insulation but they didn't have the supplies they needed. I was disappointed, but made an appointment to have it done next week. I went out for groceries and when I came back the repairman was back fixing the problem. I'm SO thankful as we have more of this wintry blast to come! I would recommend Bigley Plumbing to everyone!

Professional, this crew came in well organized, with a plan. They worked quickly, finished quickly and left my basement cleaner than what it was. The work they did was beautiful and looked like it could appear on a home improvement show. They are honest and respectful and I would hire them again without hesitation!

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
