We had our sewer line backing up in our basement, Mike came out and gave us an estimate to jet the line to clean it out and see what was going on. His guys came out did a great job and were very professional and done in a timely fashion. When the line needs replaced as it’s inevitable, I’ll definitely be calling them back. Also online payment was simple and quick.

Ian, Nick C. & Dutch were all very professional and knowledgeable. After Ian ran a camera down the pipe and explained my issue and the process that would need to be done I got an estimate and didn’t hesitate to schedule to have the issue taken care of. Nick C. & Dutch returned a couple weeks later and explained to me what they were going to do and kept me informed throughout the process. I received prompt service in troubleshooting an issue with an on-demand water heater. The end result was that the unit needed to be replaced. Hugh and team were quick and responsive and the unit was replaced within a few days. Even though the job took two days they worked with me and my tenants to ensure that the house had hot water during the times they weren't working on it. The end result is a properly installed on-demand water heater, and I am pleased with the work, timing, and price. I would easily recommend Proudfoot to anyone who had a plumbing need and will use them for other work including heating and air when I need those things in the future.

I had to go to work. Mr. Sailor told me I did not have to hang around, told me to go to work. When the job was complete, he closed the garage door and left. When I returned home, the work was completely done. Even though it was supposed to take 2 days, it was done in 1 day. My wife and I are very pleased at the job that he and his crew did. They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.

The worst experience ever-would not recommend to anyone!!!!!! Had a $320 repair done. Had a technician out 3 separate times to fix the repair that was never fixed the first time (for $320!!!) On the third visit was told they need to repair again and would credit the $320 towards the additional costs??? I told him absolutely not and he needs to have a manager call me. he said I don't need to do anything. and proceeded to walk out the door. Unbelievably rude and, perhaps, the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Haven't made the call to manager yet, but would give a no star review and will NEVER use again.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Not a very happy camper. I called them to take care of a leak at my house that I had noticed. They were prompt, came out a lot earlier than I thought they would. The ended up replacing a wax ring and bolts on an upstairs toilet and then looked at the master bath about a leak in the drain. When I asked them for an estimate they told me about $2700. I texted a contractor friend and said no way do I do this, NO WAY! The contractor was at my house today 6/28 and replaced the seal and the piece of ceiling that needed to be cutaway to access under the shower stall. $200!!!!! Make sure you question them about everything, never felt so uncomfortable dealing with a local business, that I have trusted in the past, no more. You lost a good customer.

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
