Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. They were good communicators, worked well, were professional and I will be delighted to use them in the future for any plumbing issues. Had simple leak in the bathroom. Taggart quoted multiple thousands of dollars wanting to cut out the ceiling below. ...then I had a different plumber come out and fix it for 1 hour service. Its been 18 months and still no more leaks. It never leaked below the bathroom, so don't know why Taggart wanted to access from underneath anyway. UPDATED 05-30-23. MR TAGGART. YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN HELP?? AFTER IT WAS FIXED FOR 1 HOUR SERVICE AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE THOUSANDS. IT WAS 18 MONTHS AGO!!!

I am so grateful for Brian! Last night the drain in my basement backed up. I called Brain this morning and he came and fixed it in less than an hour! I was so impressed, he did such a fantastic job! I have other plumbing needs and will definitely call him!
