About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I had a clog in my sewer line, Matt was amazing knew exactly what he was talking about and was just all around a great person in general. He got the clog out and use the camera to show me the ins and outs of the sewer system. It was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber in the Pittsburgh area.

Alan Trout is very knowledgeable and a honest plumber. He is very respectful of your property and his work is very high quality and detailed. I would not use any other plumber in the future except for trout plumbing because the job is done correct and at a very fair price compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend Trout plumbing to anyone that lives in the south hills that needs a plumber.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

Rich was our repairman today. He was very professional and solved the plumbing issue--toilet that kept running, tank kept refilling. All is in order! Responded same day and within a few hours. As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
