Seriously unbelievable how great Chris is! He is very good at what he does, he’s wicked honest, and he’s fun to be around. All-Pro Pittsburgh Backflow has come to my home several times to save my very old house from some big problems! Chris has walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and he has done some plumbing for a new laundry room on our old house. This guy is truly the best. I promise that you will not find a more honest plumber in Pennsylvania!

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

I called 5 Star at 5pm because my AC was not cooling, and the owner came out the same day and promptly fixed my system. He was very professional, friendly, and honest. He explained the problem clearly and gave me great advice for future maintenance. He also was very upfront about all the service needed and the price without pressuring me in any way. John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

AG Plumbing is by far the best plumbing and construction company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I thought I'd be paying so much more and it would take forever to fix a huge pipe-burst and all the related damage. I went upstairs to get my checkbook. I couldn't have been gone for more than ten minutes. When I walked back downstairs, HE WAS DONE! I kid you not.The design was much smarter too. I'm certain the chances of this pipe bursting are much less now. He pays attention to detail. I was sure I'd pay much more for that. The fact is, I paid much less. Don't tell him that! A plumber with creativity, detail oriented, and the right price? I cannot believe it. If he tells you to do something, you probably should. Experience counts. TY!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
