I had an old water heater that started leaking, and Restano came same day I called to replace it for me. There were in and out of here in about an hour to install the new one. The guys that installed my new water heater were professional and nice.

We owned a Trane furnace that gave us nothing but trouble. We finally opted for a new Carrier furnace and so far it has been wonderful with the air conditioner. I have been living with a costly and stressful plumbing situation for months, and had already had bad experiences with 2 other local plumbing companies. As such I was very skeptical about calling someone else. I decided to call Mr. Rooter on the recommendation of 2 of my friends as my problem was now beyond just living with it. The lady who took my order and sent out the plumber was not only courteous, but very attentive and made sure that they kept me informed as to when I would have a plumber at my home. She did this by keeping in contact throughout my wait by phone. I was not used to such attentive service, and it was greatly appreciated. When Mr. Orlando Knuckle did finally arrive, he was courteous, pleasant and very professional. I had several problems which were spread over a few days. Not only did he help solve my plumbing problems, but he did so with pride in his work, while at the same time making me feel like a valued customer, even though we had only just met. My experience overall with the Mr. Rooter company was timely, and very much needed. The jobs were also priced fairly and the staff and Mr. Knuckle were HONEST. This has not always been a given when hiring someone to come into my home to do a home repair like this. This company and Orlando now have a new and most likely lifetime customer, or for at least as long as I still live in this area. I simply cannot thank or recommend the company, and especially Mr. Knuckle enough.

I contacted Stahl Plumbing after my HVAC died and the person who installed it failed to return phone calls for a week. Stahl was quick in getting someone out (1.5 days).

No one ever wants to be without A/C during a heat wave, and everyone who can do repairs is super busy. Given this, I really appreciated the speed of the response from Stahl. After 2 days, it was obvious that there was a leak in the microcoils. They told me the options, and once I decided, they scheduled a replacement as soon as they could. I received a quote in advance (paying 50% up front and the rest upon completion). No one wants an expensive surprise, but when it happens, you want to be working with reliable people.

The people at Stahl were prompt and courteous, and the technical folks (Mike, Tyree, Corey, and Ashton) were respectful of the disruption to the house as they replaced the system. They also took away the old system so there were no bad surprises with freon disposal. They registered the installments so there won't be any warranty issues in the future.

Overall, the Stahl people were transparent and they did a professional job.

Not a very happy camper. I called them to take care of a leak at my house that I had noticed. They were prompt, came out a lot earlier than I thought they would. The ended up replacing a wax ring and bolts on an upstairs toilet and then looked at the master bath about a leak in the drain. When I asked them for an estimate they told me about $2700. I texted a contractor friend and said no way do I do this, NO WAY! The contractor was at my house today 6/28 and replaced the seal and the piece of ceiling that needed to be cutaway to access under the shower stall. $200!!!!! Make sure you question them about everything, never felt so uncomfortable dealing with a local business, that I have trusted in the past, no more. You lost a good customer.
