Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

I had an old water heater that started leaking, and Restano came same day I called to replace it for me. There were in and out of here in about an hour to install the new one. The guys that installed my new water heater were professional and nice.

We live in Brentwood and we just had our full sewer line replaced by Mike and the guys. FANTASTIC work on a SUPER challenging project. Numerous obstacles including a steep hillside, a 4x40 ft retaining wall, a small wall, a neighbors house 1ft from just one of the main breaks, trees and more. Plain and simple, a huge job, but with their expertise and hard work it came together perfectly and better than we ever expected.
Mike was completely up front & transparent about everything and John Luke & Dan are all solid, knowledgeable excellent guys. They worked with us from beginning to end.

The install was quick, even with taking time to answer any remaining questions and to properly greet both toddler and cat - professional without being stand-offish. As stated in other reviews this company smoked cigarettes in my house and they could not even unclog the drain. I called another company and they had the drain unclogged in 20 minutes very unprofessional I will not be returning EVER again. Goodbye and good riddance.

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
