Has anyone ever had a positive plumbing experience? Well I just did. I recently had a clogged toilet that I could not personally un-clog. Due to my crazy work schedule I only had a small window of time to have someone fix the problem. Dave Stahl (Plumbing and Drain) not only worked with my schedule by coming super early, he had it fixed in nothing flat. Efficient, clean, personable and incredibly reasonable. They will forever be my go to for my plumbing needs! I am so grateful.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Called for my AC not cooling and they were out within a few hours, tech very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix quickly.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Had what seemed to be a pipe burst but ended up being a pressure reduction valve breaking. They were on site and fixed the problem within 3 hours of the initial call. Tom, the plumber was professional and courteous. I would hire again.

Its amazing that this company was able, amid the Coronavirus situation, to get a plumber to our house, resolve our flooding concern and get a new sump pump installed so quickly. A blessing to have one less thing to worry about! Thanks. We also used them for a faucet installation (months post Covid). The plumber is professional and works quickly and does quality work.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

We have an old house with lots of repairs over the years. The guys at Jaros were responsive to our inspection request and helped us prioritize projects. When we discovered a damaged cast iron drain in a wall, they came out asap to replace it. Thanks guys.

I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. Highly recommended!!

They'll upsell you by scaring you into paying for more reliable materials and throw out a complicated estimate to tack on more charges. I chalked it up to being a new homeowner but I'll never make that mistake again. I asked to be contacted by a manager, no one called. Wish I thought to put in this review much sooner to save others from getting ripped off.

I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.
