Terrific mechanical company. This is a place that has a deep level of skill in ANSUL systems, gas lines, excavation, commercial HVAC and Ventilation. They can handle complex airflow solutions, filtration, zoning, design and installation. They have great tools, and can handle larger projects. I use them frequently for sheet metal work on my jobs.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I called McVay Plumbing to have a water line installed to my new refrigerator. They came out to give me an estimate first. We said yes. We wanted the work done. Kelsey came and did the work. She did an absolute marvelous job. She was so personable and friendly. She is a definite asset to your company and we need another plumbing job done and we will definitely request her again. We liked her so much. The price for what we had done I consider reasonable. Thank you for an excellent experience

I received prompt service in troubleshooting an issue with an on-demand water heater. The end result was that the unit needed to be replaced. Hugh and team were quick and responsive and the unit was replaced within a few days. Even though the job took two days they worked with me and my tenants to ensure that the house had hot water during the times they weren't working on it. The end result is a properly installed on-demand water heater, and I am pleased with the work, timing, and price. I would easily recommend Proudfoot to anyone who had a plumbing need and will use them for other work including heating and air when I need those things in the future.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Got the job done and communicated with us every step of the process. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs repairs and will use them for all my future needs.

I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans. I will not be using them in the future for this reason

August 2020: Gileece responded to a failed occupancy permit / electrical need I had, urgently and professionally, Hal was GREAT! Would use them again! All four plugs now gfci in my garage done as scheduled and promised! Update, March 2021: moved into my new home this week, turned on the water which was off at the main “so the pipes don’t freeze”, well, every thing is leaking or broken! So, Ed to the rescue, sure knows how to take care of a customer, and easy on the eyes to boot. Sent me Joey, spent time caring for all of my needs, new valves, gas line, water line for fridge, new drain lines, hose bib, hot water tank...what a fantastic job. I now have them installing my dishwasher, and of course the shut off valve under the sink, new electric outlet for dishwasher, and my valves for the washing machine have also failed so those gotta go too. (No ladies, they didn’t take me for a ride, all the valves are easy 50 years old, and really failed). Quality work, quality employees, great job again!

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

Definitely shuttered

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
