Called McVay Plumbing today due to a leaking toilet. Kelsey came out and diagnosed the problem. She was very friendly and efficient. She explained everything she did to correct our problem. Devin was also very pleasant and helpful. He helped out with the jet machine. Both employees were very professional and did a great job. Kelsey did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

I have nothing but good things to say, First off, my burst water pipe occurred on Christmas Day, I called several places and Gillece was the only company I was able to talk to. They called me at 6:30 AM the next morning to follow up and. I had Kaleb from Gillece out by the afternoon and had fully restored service within a couple of hours which wasn’t easy due to the location of the burst pipe. I appreciate Kaleb’s attention to detail and professionalism; he certainly saved us from spending another night in a hotel!

John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

Had an incorrect install of a few widespread faucets in two bathrooms on Saturday by a handyman. Restano came in an emergency call Sunday after leaks and fixed them within an hour and a half. A little pricey but did a great job. I had called at 9am and they were there on that Sunday by 11. Very pleased.

Brandon did a great job at a fair price and was very easy to deal with. When I need a plumber again he'll be my first call.

We had a heat pump installed, the first cooling system our 50s house ever had. The install was quick, even with taking time to answer any remaining questions and to properly greet both toddler and cat - professional without being stand-offish. The consult was great, too, and we appreciated that they took the time to argue for the least expensive option just as fervently as for the more profitable ones.

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

AG Plumbing is by far the best plumbing and construction company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!

Had them out a while back for a no heat problem . They told me that I had a cracked heat exchanger , and needed to replace the furnace immediately . Their quote was ridiculous . When I declined , he said he would red tag my furnace , and call the building inspector , and then I would have to leave my house until it was fixed . I asked him to show me where the crack was, but his camera conveniently died . I offered to go pick him up a battery. , but his takes “ special “ batteries. Told him to go kick rocks . Had another company come out , replace the thermocouple, and no more problems. And we looked at the heat exchanger with his camera . Couldn’t find anything . These guys are con men .
