Proudfoot not only installed a new ventless furnace but, also a ventless hot water tank at my rental property. They discussed the possible products based upon the situation and together we selected the right product. I’m extremely satisfied with my choice.

I hired another plumber to fix a number of problems that I was having. This other plumber showed up and fixed some things across two days, but cancelled a number of times in between. After the first plumber cancelled on me three times on a row, I gave up and called Cuccaro Plumbing.

I wish I had called them from the start. Someone showed up the next day and fixed my problem (a leaking toilet) for less than the first plumber was going to charge.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

These are the most inefficient, disrespectful, unorganized and forgetful group of plumbers in Pittsburgh. If they show up, you may get an hour or two of solid work from them. Otherwise, they are the least professional plumbing bunch that I’ve met in all of my work and construction experience. Almost everything they installed or repaired is unfinished or leaking. Did I mention they have no concept of time management?

I recently had my AC unit checked and cleaned. The tech Josh did an awesome job. He arrived on time, explained the work he was doing, and provided recommendations for how to keep the unit running efficiently. Will definitely use them again.

I would not recommend them at all to anyone. I had a pipe break in my basement so I called on Saturday morning and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. They called and cancelled and said there tech was called to an emergency and wouldn’t make it today they would have to reschedule for Sunday. They did the same thing Sunday and Monday so I told them to forget about it I would find someone else that is dependable. I don’t know how a company can do business this way and keep getting business.

I called Roto Rooter as a knee jerk reaction with an urgent backup in the floor drain in my garage. They charged me $200 to snake it (which didn’t work at all) and were trying to up quote me on more extravagant jobs.

Called Bauer that same day and they were there within an hour. The two guys that came were both friendly and honest and they got it flowing with a snake in a fraction of the time.
