Mitch W. arrived on time, was able to remove my faulty disposal on the spot rather than giving me an estimate with a return appointment, and was polite, friendly, and informative. This is my third time using McVay Plumbing and each experience has been positive. I'll call them for my next plumbing job.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

I called Mr Chase and he came the same day, didn't charge me emergency same day service fee, he quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He gave me tips on how to maintain the plumbing in my historic (old) home and I will definitely call him again if I need to!

Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.

We had to get a new electric water heater for our house. We wanted an on demand tankless electric heater that was energy efficient, and we didn’t want to have to run a gas line from the street to house and do all that work. Mike was able to find us the Essency EXR electric water heater that is a hybrid and offers the best of both tankless and tank water heaters. It has a 30 year warranty and connects to wi-fi. This thing is a beast and is actually really beautiful looking. It’s got a smartphone app and everything. Mike was able to install it and now we have hot water on demand and never need to worry about running the dishwasher at the same time we’re filling up the bathtub for our kids. We can even do the laundry while doing the other two things. We could never do that before with our old water heater. Highly recommend W.J. McNabb Plumbing and this Essency EXR water heater. We’re very happy!

DR plumbing was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions about my sink. They even saved me some money after I had purchased the wrong appliance for a shower! 5 stars, easy.

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service.

Aron, Mike and Wes were professional and thorough and went above and beyond to install our new gas lines and clean up after themselves. We are extremely pleased with their work.

Placed a call at 4:00, here by 5:45 Main Water Valve regulator replaced and out the door before 6:30. Fast, efficient, quality service, and reasonably priced!! Definitely highly recommend!!

Brian went above and beyond for us. He showed up to do the job at a very inconvenient time for himself. He ran into problems that were no cause of his own and despite that, he stuck with it and not only fixed the issue, but he did it exceptionally well. They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
