Best Full Service Plumbing in Pittsburgh PA

We did have to reschedule once because their tech went long on a earlier job one time. But they were responsive and once at our site professional, kind, and helpful.

I hired DAP to move the gas meter and relocate some interior lines! he looks a good guy, nice, and good worker! He got the money he asked for, but I didn't get the service I paid for, I found one end of the gas line not capped, when I turned the valve to on position I figured it's uncapped, I ran to Home Depot, got a cap and plugged it myself! After that I still smell gas! Called the natural gas company they came in, tested the line and they found a leak where he fixed it! They turned the service off and locked it until I get it fixed! after many attempts to talk to him he texted me saying that he will come the following day, I waited him, he didn't show up and now he is not responding to my texts and calls! He just ignored me and left me with a very bad quality of work and a sh-ty type of customer service! I don't recommend him.

Steven Thompson came to our house was very thorough, took his time to explain and show everything very polite professional found out that our sewer is shifted and is not letting any of the waste out. We are going to start replacing it tomorrow.

Mark fixed the water heater at our house in beginning of winter on one of the coldest days of the year! He explained everything he was doing very well! I felt very confident in his work and was very impressed with his knowledge. Highly recommend!!

Sometimes hiring a “professional” tradesman is like rolling the dice. You never know what you’re going to get, however this tradesman (Coulehan Plumbing) far exceeded my expectations starting with being on time for the appointment, professionalism, attention to detail and helping me to understand what the plumbing issues are and what it’s going to take, step by step to completely fix it. I don’t really know the prices for plumbing, parts etc… but with all of the above mentioned I know that the price I paid was well worth it especially because of the piece of mind knowing that I had the right plumber for the job. I have 100% confidence in Coulehan Plumbing and wouldn’t call any other company for my plumbing needs.

Greg and Greg Jr. are super responsive. If I could give them higher than five stars I would. We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. We had looked for a plumber for a long time. Some groups saw the work we wanted done and never got back to us. Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing reviewed the scope of the work, ordered the parts, dedicated 3 workers, and got the job done on one of the hottest days of the summer. Gauge, Danny, and John shared the labor and did great work. They replaced two yard pumps sent in concrete, changed out two hose bibs, and placed another valve in our system so we could shut down service to an out building. It was a big job. They kept me updated on their progress and were nice, professional people doing a hard job with grace.

Found my go to plumber. Outstanding service and took a lot of pride in they're work with very reasonable prices.

We had our entire AC Unit fail over 4th of July weekend. Brad came first to help us understand the problem, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain everything. He was able to get a crew out here fast. Sean Miller, Tony and Chris did the installation. It was on time, done well, and they were genuinely nice people who took the time to explain things. Sean specifically explained everything in a way that made sense and he was an excellent communicator. We will be using Wahl for our needs moving forward, and if you have an issue and want it handled correctly, don't hesitate to call Wahl.

Joe is the BEST plumber! During our bathroom remodel we ran into unexpected plumbing issues that we couldn’t get exactly right. We called Joe-he came out the same day and did an outstanding job in a VERY timely matter. He is so professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Your worst mistake will be not calling him for your plumbing needs on the job! 10/10-HIGHLY recommend!

Hartman plumbing removed my old concrete sink and replaced it with a new smaller sink. They added a standpipe for my washing machine, rerouted vent lines and installed beautifully done copper water lines and valves. Steve did an excellent, professional job. He answered my many questions thoroughly. Steve arrived on time with the owner, Rick, right behind him to look the job over. Nick, had given me the estimate the same day he came out to look at it and the final cost was the same as the estimate given. Clean up was done very thoroughly. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

Said he was on his way then never showed or called back.

Strongly recommend! I needed a mini excavator for 3 days to replace a retaining wall and extend a pipe line. A number of businesses in area had them to rent and decided to rent from Reliable Pro Plumbing & Excavating. The rental and delivery / pickup price was much cheaper. Upon delivery Jason Mavilla spent as much time as needed to teach me to use it. When I had a question one morning, he immediately answered the phone and helped me. The equipment is of excellent quality at reasonable rates. Jason is the key to superb customer service.

DISHONEST COMPANY !

Our water heater was leaking water and I called AJ Buerkle early in the morning. The receptionist was not there and the owner Mr Buerkle himself ( although I did not know this at the time) answered my phone call and offered to come out to my home himself.
I was told over the phone that the water heater would need replaced.
Mr Buerkle promptly came to my house and confirmed it would need replaced and told me we would have a new water heater by noon. He told me then he was the owner.
I asked at that time what the cost would be and he told me it would be $1700 with installation.
This was not an estimate it would be the actual cost because it was a standard hot water heater replacement.
I told my husband it would be about $2000 preferring to round up higher just in case.

My husband commented that the cost was pretty high for just a hot water heater but I told him how pleasant Mr Buerkle was and how quick we would have our hot water back on.

HOWEVER .....
After the technician did the installation without any complications or changes, he called the office and we were told our bill was
$3000 !!!!!
No explanation or reason. The owner was no where to be found and my husband paid the amount because the water heater was already installed.

THE COMPANY IS DISHONEST, YOUR TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU ALLOW ANY WORK TO BE DONE!

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
