Dave has done several jobs for me. He found and repaired a sewer line that two other plumbers couldn't. Of all the jobs he's done he was quick to respond and on time.

Eric Hanchey was diligent and hardworking with what he did for us, he made sure to show is everything he was doing along the way so we knew he did it right. He was not obligated to clean up the mess it created, but cleaned up as he went! Thank you for everything Eric!

Mark fixed the water heater at our house in beginning of winter on one of the coldest days of the year! He explained everything he was doing very well! I felt very confident in his work and was very impressed with his knowledge. Highly recommend!!

We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. I had a backed up basement drain today. And since this company re-lined my sewer already, i gave them a call. Within 3 hours they were here. Zach and Ryan explained exactly what they thought it might be. Then after maybe 15 minutes, they confirmed it, and they showed me on the camera scope the actual issue. Really great.
The price quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged. No hassle, really nice techs, good stuff.
I will use them for any issues that will come up, as well as recommend this company to anyone.

Joe was THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever met. Work was done promptly, he was professional, he explained everything that was done, took the time to give me some recommendations and overall was just SUPER. They did a great job at reasonable prices, and they're nice to the annoying cats! After they updated our dryer fixtures, we had them back to do the kitchen, and now our furnace!

Jason at Reliable ripped me off.

I had a gas leak in the line in my front yard. Jason came quickly when I called, and underbid other, more reputable, plumbers. We discussed how he would dig up my yard, and replace the entire line. We discussed where he might put the extra dirt. He gave me a quote of $3,600 - $3,900.

He was on time to do the work, but he decided it was not necessary to replace the line, or do much excavating. He spent 9 hours total, and he put a 'sheath' on the line.

Then - He charged me the originally quoted $3,600. There was no excavation of the line. That is $400 an hour. My husband paid him. {cringe} I do not have a new gas line - I have a stop gap.

I've tried to reach out to Jason - it went straight to voicemail, and no call back.

I'm a Catholic school teacher. I work all day, for minimal money to help kids. I don't EVER rip anyone off. Apparently I'm so naive people like Jason feel free to overcharge me.

The little I have, I earn without being a thief or a liar.

We have been using A J Buerkle Plumbiing & Heating Company as our go to company whenever we have a need for plumbing work for the past 21 years. Today they dropped the ball. I called last week to schedule the replacement of the toilet tank components in our Kohler toilet in the guest bathroom. They said they couldn't get to us until today, Monday, December 12th. This morning I called to ask when they were coming to do the work. They didn't have me on the schedule and told me they didn't remember talking to me, even though we texted them pictures of the parts that were needed last week, which they confirmed. Won't use them again.

Had simple leak in the bathroom. Taggart quoted multiple thousands of dollars wanting to cut out the ceiling below. ...then I had a different plumber come out and fix it for 1 hour service. Its been 18 months and still no more leaks. It never leaked below the bathroom, so don't know why Taggart wanted to access from underneath anyway. UPDATED 05-30-23. MR TAGGART. YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN HELP?? AFTER IT WAS FIXED FOR 1 HOUR SERVICE AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE THOUSANDS. IT WAS 18 MONTHS AGO!!!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
