Professional, responsive, courteous, and made sure that I had an understanding of how the tankless hot water system worked. It was a two day job and Chad made sure I had hot water overnight. Many kudos to him!

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. Highly recommended!!

These are the most inefficient, disrespectful, unorganized and forgetful group of plumbers in Pittsburgh. If they show up, you may get an hour or two of solid work from them. Otherwise, they are the least professional plumbing bunch that I’ve met in all of my work and construction experience. Almost everything they installed or repaired is unfinished or leaking. Did I mention they have no concept of time management?

South Hills Plumbing and Heating replaced all the faucets in my home. They were on time, courteous and I had no clean up when they were completed with the task. The best part of the entire experience was the final cost. I highly recommend this business.

Had a not so great first experience with the original quote but Kellee reached out to me directly to get feedback and correct the situation. I am impressed that she took the time to make it right and valued what I had to say. Immediately after, someone else came out to give me some proper insight into the project and offer to update the quote. It sounds like it will probably be a 4-5 day job.. :)

Cliff was friendly and obviously knowledgable about his craft. He got our pipes cleared out quickly, and gave us pointers on how to avoid the buildup that had blocked it in the first place. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him, and I will for sure contact him in the future the next time I need a plumber. Highly recommend.
