I have used Lakewood a few times in the last couple months. I always request Chuck. He performs quality work is funny and genuinely a really nice guy! I would definitely use them in the future if needed. Of course i will request Chuck! Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Their work is exceptional (tankless water heater and gas line to the kitchen) and better yet the respect they have for your home is unparalleled. I came home to find water in my basement from a leaky pipe. I used Google to find a local plumber and chose Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing based on the ratings. I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

This company completely blew my mind with how fast they came to help with my sewage problem. They went out of their way to help me. It was a very large job and they worked nonstop to finish it. Had an incorrect install of a few widespread faucets in two bathrooms on Saturday by a handyman. Restano came in an emergency call Sunday after leaks and fixed them within an hour and a half. A little pricey but did a great job. I had called at 9am and they were there on that Sunday by 11. Very pleased.

The techs showed up on time. Installed HVAC. Tested both units. Installed thermostat. Reviewed operation of thermostat. Cleaned up from the install. Very professional and polite.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment with a window between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Rick proved to be punctual by arriving promptly at 11:30 a.m. His professionalism was evident from the start, as he was courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced.

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

The Keough team replaced our furnace and a/c last summer and just completed a HWH replacement. On both occasions they were quick, clean and reasonably priced, but above all we appreciate their candor and patience as I worked through my decision among the various options. Each time, they happily spent time answering our questions on how to use the new equipment and when to schedule check-up and maintenance appointments. Very happy to know their team is on our side, and we feel lucky to have overheard, by chance, a conversation at Ferri's where another customer was passing along the recommendation of their work.

Not a very happy camper. I called them to take care of a leak at my house that I had noticed. They were prompt, came out a lot earlier than I thought they would. The ended up replacing a wax ring and bolts on an upstairs toilet and then looked at the master bath about a leak in the drain. When I asked them for an estimate they told me about $2700. I texted a contractor friend and said no way do I do this, NO WAY! The contractor was at my house today 6/28 and replaced the seal and the piece of ceiling that needed to be cutaway to access under the shower stall. $200!!!!! Make sure you question them about everything, never felt so uncomfortable dealing with a local business, that I have trusted in the past, no more. You lost a good customer.
