Ron and Tom were fantastic technicians. They both went above and beyond to explore all aspects of our problem, needing a new furnace. Gillece also provided this second opinion at no charge, which was nice. Ron took the time to take apart the furnace to show the affected areas and went on and taught me maintenance tips. We have young kids and Tom went so far as to test for CO2 leaks to make sure the dangerous gas wasn’t seeping into our home airways. They recommended the same furnace model as another respected competing company, but the reason we didn’t choose Gillece is that the price quote was more than three times their competitor’s. But I wanted to leave this review because Ron and Tom at Gillece went way above and beyond and deserve a raise and praise for treating this customer the way they did.

Dan Bigley and his partner Ed did a great job and very professional and I feel a very reasonal price for the amount of time and labor and expertise they did. Bigley is my sole go to for all my plumbing needs. This is not the 1st time I've used them. Never disappointed.

Bill has been my plumber for many years. He is responsive and has always done a great job. He just completed replacing a sewer line and did a fantastic job. Worked long and hard to get the job done. Everything was very clean after they left. He quoted a very good price and no over runs. I feel I can trust him. And I highly recommend him and his wife.

Only positive things to say about this company. From the first contact Kayla was very helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries. This renovation was managed from Munich, Germany and Seattle, WA, which added additional challenges and everything went perfectly. I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. I experienced TUDI has excellent, really fast and efficient service , great customer service and great leadership, the whole team try their best to make customer satisfaction, Thanks!

Recently had my AC replaced by Stahl. They were able to come out quickly for a thorough estimate. I got quotes from multiple companies and while not the lowest bid, Stahl was right in line with others. I went with Stahl based on the prompt, thorough, and honest estimate, short lead time to install, and recommendations from others.

The two guys who did the install were professional, informative, and were able to get it all sorted in a day. The install looks very clean and they improved my drain line from the existing setup. My new AC has been working great and there have been no issues keeping my house cool all throughout the recent heatwave.

The entire process was painless and I have nothing but good things to say about the estimate, install, and interactions with the office. Highly recommended.

Five stars for sure. Returned my call within 15-20 minutes, quoted me a very fair price, showed up in a half hour and had the toilet fixed in no time. So relieved to find good service. If you don't have a regular plumber and suddenly need one, it can be a crapshoot. Gregg and his co-worker were very nice and pleasant to talk to, and fixed it fine. I haven't shopped in this location, but called in for pricing and installation information for a 40 gallon hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help in price comparisons.

I was offered an inspection at no cost. It was thorough and noted several necessary repairs to water pressure, hot water expansion tank and stack cleaning. Aron was very thorough and answered all my questio s.

Mike P. is awesome! He arrived exactly when he said he would, is knowledgeable, explained the problem, replaced the gas valve within his time estimate, and thoroughly tested the system afterwards. He gave me some good advice HVAC advice afterwards too. It's a horrible time to be without heat, during a polar vortex... but Mike fixed that!

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!
