Can’t say enough good things about McVay Plumbing and Cody. They were very responsive to our initial inquiry, and able to schedule quickly. Cody was great to work with - both professional and knowledgeable. We’ve been dealing with a bad expansion tank and cut off valves at our sinks and toilets. Cody figured out the issue in about 5 minutes and had it fixed in 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend. McVay will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future.

Routine maintenance on my Navien tankless hot water heater was provided. Chad did a great job. Service was provided very quickly. i have used Proudfoot for years and have always been happy with their work.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

Service was excellent. The technician was outstanding. He performed the inspection professionally and was personable. Explained each step of the inspection.

I had an inducer motor diagnosed and replaced. I was charged an exuberant amount. I asked for a price breakdown and found out that I was charged 3 hours for a one hour job @$110/hr. When I called for a price breakdown, I told them the tech was at my residence for 60 mins tops. I was told the tech would call me back and he never did. The owner may do good work and is reasonable, but not the people working for him.
