Not a great experience. Had the guy come out on a Thursday to diagnose the issue. Spent about a half an hour. Told me he was gonna go back to the office and have someone call me to schedule an appointment to fix. Didn’t hear from them so called them the next Monday two times and both times was told I would get a call back. No call. Tuesday somebody showed up to fix the air conditioner with out notifying me. I was at work. I left for my lunch break. When I got home he was halfway done. He replaced the part in my AC and installed a new thermostat. He was there another half an hour. So one hour total between Thursday and Tuesday. I received an email with a breakdown of the invoice and realized I was charged $267 for a thermostat. Same thermostat at Home Depot is $45. It took him five minutes to install. As of now I have several calls in to get this corrected and they will not call me back. Stay away!

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. It's never fun (or cheap) to call a plumber, but from the initial contact to the last, these folks are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

They did a great job at reasonable prices, and they're nice to the annoying cats! After they updated our dryer fixtures, we had them back to do the kitchen, and now our furnace!

Steven Thompson Sr from Gillece, exceptional customer service!!! I called Gillece when I noticed no hot water and the pilot light was out on my 13 yr old hot water tank, and it would not stay lit. When Steve arrived he was very thorough and diagnosed the issue was the gas valve. He discussed all my options from replacing the part to replacing the tank. Once I made the decision to replace, he worked late into the evening to install my new gas hot water heater. Was honest and explained everything from start to finish. And pointed out the possibility that one section of pipe may leak if glue doesn't set... and when it did slightly leak, he was back at my house first thing next day to fix and replace that section. Very knowledgable and friendly professional that I would highly recommend. Thx Steve!

I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.
