Talk about awesome service! Nathan and his guys are the nicest people. Friendly, responsive, reasonable in the pricing. Krupp Whitney saved the day for us and has been absolute top-notch. We have worked with several other plumbers/plumbing companies in the North Hills area and I would never use anyone but Krupp Whitney again.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I found out I had a gas leak in my home around 11am in the morning. The gas company obviously shut the gas off until the leak could be identified and and the line could be repaired. I immediately started calling places because it’s been so cold out and knew it could get to zero or below at night. Orion Plumbing called me back immediately sent someone out within an hour or so. He quickly found the issue and spent all day replacing the outside pipe leading into the house (snow on the ground and temperature between 15 and 20) so that the gas company could come back out before it got dark so we’d have heat overnight. He was so nice, letting me know every step of the way what he was doing. He even stayed until the gas company came to make sure everything was alright, and tested the furnace, stove, and hot water tank to make sure they were all working correctly before he left. Knowing this is a ridiculously busy season for them, I don’t have words to express how grateful I am that they came out to fix it that day. Fady, the owner who was also busy, stopped to bring supplies, and was also extremely nice. I really can’t say enough good things, but would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them for any plumbing concerns I have in the future.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

They were very professional, Michael assessed my plumbing issues and his crew were here as scheduled until the job was complete. Cody took the time to answere any questions or concerns I had while doing an excellent job. Timely, Professional and Fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend for your plumbing needs.

The service tech explained my a/c problem. Then the service tech fixed my problem quickly. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Nice man!

You Cannot Find a More Honest, Reasonably Priced Plumber! If you want folks who take care of your needs honestly and with great integrity, look no further. I would trust them with the keys to my house. They will do only what is necessary, charge you a fair and reasonable price, (much less than comparable plumbers) and come as quickly as possible. (Once we had a gushing leak and they came within 20 minutes!) They are a throwback to the good old days of small, family-owned businesses.

Chaquan for Mr. Rooter was punctual with a easy-going personality. I found him to be committed to excellence and a very knowledgeable plumber. I appreciate the fact that he explained every step to keep me informed on the process. Additionally, the staff at Mr. Rooter was courteous and helpful in communications. A winning team with the shared goal of delivering excellent service to their customers.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. Great experience with an honest company that solved a problem with a water temperature and pressure issue in the kitchen. Handled efficiently and professionally. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. This review was for work done at my Mother’s home today (Reta Ross), she does not have a Google account but feels everyone should know how wonderful this company truly is. I am glad I suggested she call Cirigliano Plumbing and is pleased with the results.

Had broken bathroom pipe was able to get repaired quickly and cost effectively and no issues very happy with work!!!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
