They came out same-day to help us when we lost our hot water. We were told by another company that we needed to replace the entire water heater, but Stahl came out and looked at the actual problem. They worked hard to fix our problem for the best value. I will always call them for my plumbing needs from now on, and I highly recommend them to friends, neighbors and family!!

It was refreshing to deal with contractor who was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my sewer/plumbing after repeated previous plumber attempts.

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

Mitch Wigginton came and immediately identified the issue for the leaky shower. He was able to identify the model and cartridge that needed to be replaced (note: shower had no label). Reason for the cartridge needing replaced was that my boys cranked on it too hard when they either turn it off or on. Also, he checked the water pressure to the house to see if we had an underlying problem due to multiple toilets needing to be replaced. He explained what a pressure valve does and what is normal for a house. Overall, he was in and out of the house quickly, very professional, clean, picked up after himself, and thoroughly explained the process of all jobs (and tools). Thanks, Joe.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.
I will be a customer for life.

Brandon from B and R Mechanical did a great job for our business. We asked for his help on two occasions and he showed up on time and did a great job on both occasions. Brandon is a hard worker, professional and gets the job done. I will definitely be calling Brandon the next time I need a plumber.

Had water pressure issues , they came out next day
and replaced the pressure relief valve to try to fix
pressure issue even though there was no guarantee
which they told me upfront. It solved a little bit of the
pressure issue. They recommend I call the water
authorities to have them check the pressure at the meter which I did and there was plenty pressure at the meter. So I called back to South Hills Plumbing
and talked with them . They sent the same plumber
out to trouble shoot. The issue was the new
pressure relief valve was bad put another new one
in and the pressure was great. They did this at no
charge to me. Highly recommend this company for being honest and having great integrity.

I hired DAP to move the gas meter and relocate some interior lines! he looks a good guy, nice, and good worker! He got the money he asked for, but I didn't get the service I paid for, I found one end of the gas line not capped, when I turned the valve to on position I figured it's uncapped, I ran to Home Depot, got a cap and plugged it myself! After that I still smell gas! Called the natural gas company they came in, tested the line and they found a leak where he fixed it! They turned the service off and locked it until I get it fixed! after many attempts to talk to him he texted me saying that he will come the following day, I waited him, he didn't show up and now he is not responding to my texts and calls! He just ignored me and left me with a very bad quality of work and a sh-ty type of customer service! I don't recommend him.

They charge a service fee to do initial visit, just to quote you 1000s of dollars more for services. Call yoir local plumber,hvac or electrician you will save tons of money compared to what this company charges. They don't repair existing items they only try to sell you new. I had my power lines replaced for 1/3 of what they quoted me by an actual electrician. And they tried to tell me my boiler was shot. I had the pilot replaced by another company and it fired right up. Saved 8000 that they quoted me for a new boiler. Trust me when I say this company takes you to the cleaner.

They came and gave an estimate almost immediately. Very professional, courteous, honest and have reasonable rates...even found a way to do the repairs so I could afford it!!🙂 I highly recommend OK ROTOR DRAIN CLEANING👍
