Plumbing emergencies are stressful, but Stahl Plumbing and Drain corrected my issue in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Dave, Cory, and Caitlin are knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. I would recommend this company to anyone finding themselves in need of a plumber. I will certainly call them again if another plumbing situation arises.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans. I will not be using them in the future for this reason

EDIT: I cannot emphasize enough how terrible every other interaction I've had with them has been. My shower was not fixed and I've been rescheduled 4 times in an attempt to get someone back out. They continually tell me I'm a priority while clearly not caring at all if it ever gets done. On top of that I had my a/c unit inspected and turned it on a few days later to find it didn't work. They couldn't send someone out same day to fix what they had screwed up and then couldn't guarantee me a technician on a day I was available. So, all in all, stay as far away as possible from this company.This was my first experience with Gillece and I was very pleased with my service. John was incredibly professional and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and why. He always wore boot covers and a mask and even wiped up the floor after he was done. He fixed multiple problems with my plumbing quickly and efficiently and the price was fair. Great experience overall!

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost
. I I highly recommend them and would call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue

I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!
