We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

Hal Callithen knows his stuff! After having 2 “handymen” from a local chain hardware store attempt to hang my chandelier with no success, I called Gillece. Hal was there in a few hours and diagnosed complex hidden wiring in my dining room that I inherited from the prior owner. Hal was professional, thorough, and educated me on this issue. Ask for Hal. John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

We had our entire AC Unit fail over 4th of July weekend. Brad came first to help us understand the problem, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain everything. He was able to get a crew out here fast. Sean Miller, Tony and Chris did the installation. It was on time, done well, and they were genuinely nice people who took the time to explain things. Sean specifically explained everything in a way that made sense and he was an excellent communicator. We will be using Wahl for our needs moving forward, and if you have an issue and want it handled correctly, don't hesitate to call Wahl.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
