It was a pleasure working with Pittsburgh’s Best Plumbing! From the initial estimate to project completion the team was professional, prompt, and always helpful. When choosing a plumber I was nervous about quality and cost, I’m certain that I got the best of both with Pittsburgh’s Best! Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Steven Thompson was very thorough in explaining his approach to fixing my clogged strorm drain - Specified all possible options/scenarios clearly. He was able to fix my drain when two other companies could not. I was relieved that he was successful as prior to his visit, I had no obvious path forward. Would highly recommend.

Water heater conked out replaced with a new model at a good price

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

The installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Everything was explained to me regarding operation and maintenance of my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no mess. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing and heating.

The Keough team replaced our furnace and a/c last summer and just completed a HWH replacement. On both occasions they were quick, clean and reasonably priced, but above all we appreciate their candor and patience as I worked through my decision among the various options. Each time, they happily spent time answering our questions on how to use the new equipment and when to schedule check-up and maintenance appointments. Very happy to know their team is on our side, and we feel lucky to have overheard, by chance, a conversation at Ferri's where another customer was passing along the recommendation of their work.

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.
