One of the coldest days this year our furnace wouldn't blow hot air, we were freezing. They called ahead to tell us they were on the way. Came promptly, very professional ,friendly, and instructive.Found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Reasonable charge. They offer a package to clean and service your furnace and air conditioner for $200.00 a year. We will definitely sign up for this dervice.

We recently moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for a solid plumbing and heating company. Based on South Side Plumbing & Heating's reviews and my conversations with Bill and John, we hired them for a major plumbing fix and new A/C installation and couldn't be happier. Ryan and Josh were fantastic installing our new Trane A/C system! The entire team, from the front office to the expert technicians are professional, knowledgeable and responsive! I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Got the job done and communicated with us every step of the process. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs repairs and will use them for all my future needs.

My water heater busted and Eddie was at my house within the day. With 3 boys and a busy house hold. We didn't even notice we were out of water until it was fixed thats how fast the service was.

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

Lucas took care of three plumbing issues pretty quickly. Work was done professionally, and he did a great job. Highly Recommend! Colin came back for a follow up and all was well. Great guys and service.

My central air died in the middle of a heat wave. Not good for a person with heart issues. My usual repairman was otherwise engaged, so I called Tudi. John came out and fixed my a/c right up. Thank you, John, and Tudi for such fast, prompt and efficient service -- and at a reasonable price too!

Definitely won't use again. We bought an old house and had brand new central heating and cooling installed. After just 1 full summer, the cooling wasn't working. It was running constantly, the house wasn't cooling, and our electricity bill was through the roof. They came to take a look at it, said it needed a tune up and we paid $149 for them to top off the freon. It didn't make any sense to me because it was a very expensive unit and was so new. The technician told me that they just don't make these units like they used to and we should do a tune up every year. The beginning of the next summer, it wasn't working at all. We had them back again. They said the Freon was low again. I argued about the need for another tune up. It just didn't make sense for such an expensive new unit. They found there was a leak in the coil. Since it was still under warrantee, we didn't have to pay for the new coil. It took weeks for the coil to come. They came and replaced the coil. We paid $280 for a few hours of labor. The technician said I found the leak...there was a screw through the line This is an exact quote. When I told my husband about this, he thought we shouldn't have to pay for any of this. Obviously, we didn't put a screw through the coil. Either the company did it with the install or the manufacturer had a faulty product. When he called the company, they called me a liar. I am pretty upset. I feel like we were had and lied to over the past few years. I feel stupid for not asking more questions along the way. I did not record our conversation, and I did not keep the bad coil. I have no evidence to support what I KNOW happened and the truth of what happened. Even more than the money we have paid to this company, this is about the integrity of the company and taking advantage of people.

The installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Everything was explained to me regarding operation and maintenance of my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no mess. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing and heating.

AG Plumbing is by far the best plumbing and construction company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend to never invite this company into your home. We have recently been having issues with our boiler .We have had another company come in but nothing was working . Our landlord, who also happens to be family of ours, had heard of this company through some promotion from Home Depot and decided to give them a try . The technician, Steve, showed up, and immediately started on selling a new boiler. That the old one was corroded, not piped properly, had the wrong tank on it, and the one pump was too small even though the other pump was identical .That was with in just walking into the boiler room 30 seconds at most, not even doing a formal inspection . At this point my husband came home and joined the landlords and technician's conversation . (He was home with in 5 minutes of the tech arriving.) They were discussing a new boiler system and any travel expenses. The technician says they are flat rates, no travels expenses, and that a new boiler would be between $5,000-$10,000 but normally it is somewhere in the middle . So the landlord asks, at the top end of $10,000, there are no additional fees, no add on? He stated there was a combo unit that would include the water heater and that might be a little more . But once again he assures us that is the flat rate, includes everything, new unit, new piping, and new valves....etc, complete package, out the door. We ask how long we have to make this decision . He says we lose the $89 service charge to be credited if we didn't make the decision today and the promotion ended at the end of the month . But he offered to go out and let us talk about it for a few minutes . That should have been our first red flag . We decide to go ahead with the new unit. He comes back in and says that combo unit would be almost $20,000 (whoa) and the new boiler would be $12,000+ .Ok so we are already above the $10,000 max that he has given us . But yet we still listened to what he had to say and he said that the $12,000 would be a brand new unit and thermostats, everything we needed. Suddenly he presented an agreement w/options the landlord was to sign as we agreed on the new unit no combo . He went back out to schedule for the next day. He comes back in a third time and says we have run into a minor change that needs to be made. We have to include a zone module and that is additional $2,200 . So now we have went from $10,000 to $12,000 to $15,000 .close to the price that he had given us for a new unit combo . Now as a family and potential customer we are concerned. My husband starts asking more in depth questions. Because as a potential customer we have the right to understand . This technician is becoming more hostile with each question . At one point he even raises his voice to my husband, who flat out tells him you will not disrespect me in my home and raise your voice at me . I was asking questions that you are not able to answer and that concerns me . The landlord at this time says she is no longer comfortable with in going forward . The technician asks why . If it a price issue then we will always be where we are . The problem was not the price itself .It was the shady and underhanded dealings that was happening with each passing minute this technician was in our home. He presents a form for the landlord to sign, which she couldn't read due to his handwriting, so she asks him to read it . This overview stated the owners didn't want to do away with the zones in the house and some other completely fabricated BS, and in mid conversation he looks at my husband, visibly agitated and ANGRY and has the audacity to ask why he had been so rude to him the entire time he was there. (wait, what)? Let me assure you he had not been rude quite frankly was handling this technician far better than most would. That was it . My husband told him to get his things and get out of our house . Which the technician YELLS I'm not leaving until I'm done . Oh but he was. I would not feel comfortable having this man, or a company he represents, in anyone's home, let alone mine ever again .

We have been using Keough for a handful of years and each time we are impressed.
A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!
They are professional, curtious, knowledgeable and on time.
