He was extremely knowledgeable and spent some time providing me with knowledge of water valves, how things were installed, and if necessary what to do in a water emergency. Fernando came out to our house and quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem. He took the time to educate me on the issue as well as the fix. He pointed out that the parts we needed for the repair were likely under warranty and that I should contact the manufacturer. He showed me how to reinstall the faulty part saving me over $500.00. It was great having an honest repairman and I would recommend George Brazil for that reason alone!!
